MUGO VENDOR TERMS
MUGO Vendor Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 23, 2025
By registering as a vendor on MUGO (https://business.mugo.easysavego.com), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect customers, vendors, and the integrity of the MUGO platform.
- Vendor Eligibility
- Be legally registered or operating within Uganda.
- Provide accurate business details during sign-up.
- Be responsible for compliance with all local laws related to eCommerce, taxes, and business operations.
- Product Listings
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product information (titles, descriptions, pricing, stock levels, etc.).
- Products must be legal and comply with MUGO’s content guidelines.
- Fake, counterfeit, or prohibited items will be removed immediately, and the vendor account may be suspended.
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Vendors are responsible for timely fulfillment and shipping of customer orders.
- You must clearly state your delivery method, timelines, and return policies during onboarding.
- Late or non-fulfillment may lead to suspension or refund charges.
- Payments & Commission
- MUGO will collect customer payments and disburse vendor earnings based on the agreed payout cycle (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
- A commission/service fee will be deducted from each sale, as communicated to you upon onboarding.
- Vendors must maintain accurate payment details to receive payouts.
- Returns & Refunds
- Vendors must accept returns for defective, damaged, or misrepresented products within MUGO’s return policy (typically 4 days from delivery).
- If a refund is required due to vendor fault, the refund amount will be deducted from your upcoming payout.
- Items must be picked up or returned to MUGO’s designated office if necessary.
- Customer Service
- Vendors are expected to respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- MUGO reserves the right to intervene in disputes to protect buyer satisfaction.
- Termination & Suspension
- MUGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these terms, receive consistent customer complaints, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Vendors may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
- Intellectual Property
- Vendors must not list or sell any items that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or IP rights.
- All media, content, and brand assets used on MUGO must be original or legally licensed.
- Modification of Terms
MUGO reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. - Contact
