MUGO Return & Refund Policy
At MUGO, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer a smooth return experience. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Period
You may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your item. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, choose any of the following options:
- Visit your account at my.mugo.easysavego.com and submit a return request.
- Email us at hi@easysavego.com
- Call us directly on +256 784 062 303
- Chat with our team via the Help button in the site menu.
Once approved, you may:
- Deliver the item to our offices: Namasuba Central, Entebbe Road, P.O. Box 122167, Kampala, Uganda
- Or, where available, request pickup by one of our delivery agents
Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Discounted/sale items and gift cards
If unsure about an item's eligibility, contact us before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
If your return is accepted and the item passes inspection:
- Mobile Money Refunds: Processed within 2–7 business days
- Card Payment Refunds: Processed within 3–10 business days
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or mobile money provider to complete the transaction. If you do not receive your refund after the expected window, please contact us at hi@easysavego.com.
