📝 How to Register on MUGO FOR BUSINESS (M4B)

To get started with M4B, follow the steps below:

✅ Step 1: Visit the Registration Portal

Go to business.mugo.easysavego.com and click “Register” to begin your application.

🧝 Step 2: Fill in Your Personal Details

Provide the following:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Physical address
• Upload a clear copy of your National ID
• Upload a profile picture

⚠️ Your account can be registered under a business name or a business representative. A business representative is a person authorized to act on behalf of the business — they must have the right to represent it and serve as a contact person.

🏢 Step 3: Enter Your Business Details

Include the following information:

• Business name
• Business address
• Business phone number
• Business email
• Business registration number
• Upload a copy of your business registration certificate
• Provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Select your business category
• Upload your business logo
• Add any social media links (optional)
• Indicate your expected stock volume
• Indicate your expected revenue to be processed through MUGO

This information is used to verify the authenticity of your business. It is required by law for compliance purposes, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business).

📜 Declaration & Consent

By submitting your application, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate and truthful
• You authorize MUGO to use the submitted data in line with our quality standards, legal requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Your data may be securely stored for 1–2 years, or as required by regulation

📤 Step 4: Submit Your Application

Once everything is filled in and uploaded:

• Click “Submit”
• Your application will be reviewed by the MUGO team
• Approval may take 2 to 3 business days

After approval, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirming your access to the M4B dashboard — where you can start listing products, managing orders, and selling to thousands of MUGO shoppers!
