MUGO QUALITY STANDARDS

MUGO QUALITY STANDARDS

Effective June 02nd 2025 — Version 1.01

INTRODUCTION

At MUGO, we are not just building an online shopping platform — we are shaping a reliable, trusted, and professional digital marketplace for both buyers and sellers. These MUGO Quality Standards define what we demand from every vendor and every product listed.

When we say “we”, “us”, or “MUGO”, we refer to the MUGO Online Shopping Platform.
When we say “you”, “your”, or “vendor”, we mean any individual, company, or business listing products or services on MUGO.
When we refer to “product(s)” or “listing(s)”, we mean anything uploaded or offered for sale on the platform by a vendor.

By listing your products on MUGO, you automatically agree to these standards. Violations will lead to enforcement without warning — including account suspension, listing removal, or permanent ban. MUGO reserves full right to protect its brand and buyers.

i. Authenticity and Legal Ownership

Your product must be real and legally yours.

Fake, pirated, or stolen goods are strictly prohibited. MUGO runs background audits, and any listing flagged as suspicious may be permanently removed — along with your vendor rights.

ii. Clear and Honest Product Images

Let buyers see what they are paying for.

Only upload real, high-quality photos of your exact item. Do not use stock images, stolen photos, or edited graphics that mislead. Listings using dishonest visuals will be hidden.

iii. Professional Content and Description

Speak like a business, not like a chat.

Descriptions must be clear, accurate, and complete. Avoid casual tone, incomplete details, or dishonest information. What’s written defines trust — and your sales.

iv. Transparent Pricing

No hidden charges. No fake discounts.

Display full pricing. Never trick buyers with extra fees after checkout. Price manipulation leads to immediate delisting and platform action.

v. Available and Deliverable Stock Only

Don’t sell what you can’t deliver.

Only list items that are in stock and ready. Do not post "coming soon" or imaginary inventory. Repeated delivery failures will get your account flagged or removed.

vi. Correct Categories and Tags

Put your product where it belongs.

Tagging matters. Use the right category and keywords — no shortcuts. Misuse drops your trust level and pushes your listings down in visibility.

vii. Prohibited Products

Some items are not welcome. Ever.

The following are banned from MUGO — permanently:
- Weapons, drugs, adult content
- Counterfeits, fraud items, stolen goods
- Illegal or harmful materials
Violation will lead to removal and legal escalation.

viii. Vendor Behavior and Communication

You’re a business — act like one.

Respond to buyers within 24 hours. Never insult or mislead them. Do not ask for off-platform payments. Professional tone is mandatory at all times.

ix. Professional Language and Tone

Respect the platform, respect the customer.

No emojis, slang, politics, or jokes in listings. Keep all communication business-grade. Listings with informal or sensitive content will be delisted silently.

x. Platform Control and Listing Visibility

Your listing’s reach is controlled by performance.

MUGO can reduce your product visibility to as low as 1% or 0% for violations — without notification. Platform control is enforced to protect buyer trust.

ENFORCEMENT

If you fail to meet these standards:

  • Your listing can be hidden or removed
  • Your account can be restricted or banned
  • You may lose all vendor privileges on MUGO
  • Serious or repeated violations will be escalated without negotiation

FINAL NOTICE

If you’re not ready to maintain these standards, do not list on MUGO.
If you do list — be professional, be responsible, and earn buyer trust through quality and consistency.
You are not just selling a product — you are representing your name on our platform.
