📦 How to List Products on MUGO FOR BUSINESS (M4B)

Once your seller account is approved, you can start adding products to your shop.

✅ Step-by-Step Product Listing Guide

  1. Log in to your M4B dashboard
  2. Navigate to “My Products”
  3. Click on “Add Product”

📄 Fill In Product Details

When adding a product, provide the following:

  • Product Type: Choose Physical or Digital
  • Category: Choose from options such as Electronics, Fashion, Grocery, Lifestyle, Musical Instruments, Beddings, and more
  • Product Name: Give your product a clear, professional name
  • Images: Upload high-quality photos (minimum of 2 recommended)
  • Description: Provide a detailed and accurate product description
  • Weight: Specify the product weight (for shipping purposes)
  • Tags: Add searchable keywords relevant to the product
  • Discount: Optional discount or sale price
  • Price: Selling price in UGX
  • Delivery Details: Estimated delivery time, method, and any charges

⚠️ Content Guidelines

  • Use clear, specific, and honest language
  • Only upload original content and non-copyrighted images
  • Avoid informal writing: Do not use emojis or shortcuts like "U" instead of "You", "4me" instead of "For me"

Failure to follow these standards may result in your product being rejected or delayed.
