Member Registration Terms and Conditions

This agreement governs the terms under which individuals may register and participate as members of Forever Uplift Network, herein referred to as “FUN”, a premier financial organization operating under the registered umbrella of Easy Saving Group, with the registration number: WCBO/9634.
By initiating registration through the official FUN platforms, the applicant (herein referred to as “the Member”) agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Definition of Terms
“FUN” shall refer to Forever Uplift Network, its management, partners, and affiliates providing financial services.
“Member” shall mean any individual or entity whose application for registration is approved and is assigned a Unique Registration Number.
“Services” shall include, but are not limited to, credit facilities, wealth management, advisory programs, and community-based financial initiatives.
“Preregistration” shall refer to the initial application process intended to collect applicant data prior to full verification and activation.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1. To qualify for membership, the applicant must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Possess full legal capacity to enter into contractual agreements under Ugandan law.
- Provide complete and truthful personal, financial, and identification information during the registration process.
2.2. By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms the authenticity and accuracy of all information provided. Any falsified data may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of membership without notice.
3. Registration & Unique Identification
- 3.1. Upon completion of the preregistration process and internal review, a Unique Member Registration Number shall be issued.
- 3.2. This number shall serve as the primary identifier for all member records and activities within FUN systems.
- 3.3. Issuance of this number does not guarantee automatic access to all FUN services. Additional verification may be required.
4. Use of Services
4.1. Registration grants the Member eligibility to request access to FUN’s suite of premium services, including:
- Credit and lending products
- Savings and investment programs
- Executive financial advisory sessions
- Community impact initiatives
4.2. Access to each service shall be subject to separate eligibility assessments, terms of use, and approval protocols.
5. Member Obligations
5.1. The Member agrees to:
- Abide by all policies, regulations, and updates issued by FUN.
- Refrain from using FUN services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Notify FUN of any changes to personal information within ten (10) business days.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and access details.
5.2. FUN shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access or transactions arising from the Member’s negligence.
6. Data Use and Privacy
- 6.1. All personal data submitted shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act of Uganda and FUN’s internal privacy policies.
- 6.2. By registering, the Member consents to the collection and use of their information for verification, communication, internal research, and service delivery purposes.
7. Fees, Charges & Costs
- 7.1. Preregistration is offered free of charge.
- 7.2. Some advanced services (such as loan applications or wealth advisory) may attract service fees, interest, or administrative charges.
- 7.3. By applying for such services, the Member agrees to the applicable financial terms as communicated at the time of application.
8. Suspension & Termination
- 8.1. FUN reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke membership for:
- Breach of any terms herein
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Participation in unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activities
- Inactivity exceeding 6 consecutive months, subject to internal review
- 8.2. Termination does not waive any outstanding financial obligations owed by the Member to FUN at the time of closure.
9. Communication and Correspondence
- 9.1. By registering, the Member consents to receive communication from FUN via SMS, email, phone, WhatsApp, or official web portals.
- 9.2. All official notices shall be deemed served upon dispatch via the communication method last provided by the Member.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- 10.1. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- 10.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, they shall be submitted to competent courts within Uganda for final determination.
11. Amendments
- 11.1. FUN reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
- 11.2. Members shall be notified of any material changes via the official FUN website or other approved communication channels. Continued use of FUN services after updates implies acceptance.
